Adding a new location (mobile)

A new office is a new work location within the same organization. In the partner Zoyya web application on mobile, it is added when an organization works in another location and wants to run it separately in Zoyya.

When to use this option?

You use this functionality when you need to add a new location.

Operation steps

In the bottom menu, open Main menu.
Select Locations.
Tap Create a new location.
Enter location information.
Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
If the application displays a subscription notification, review the change in the number of locations and confirm to continue.
After saving, Zoyya returns the user to the location list.

|| Important: The new office is a separate work location within the same organization. On a paid subscription, adding a location increases the number of locations that are billed. If the organization is on a trial period, adding a new location will break the trial period and a paid plan must be activated before saving.

The Create a new location tab is displayed to users who have the right to access the location's settings.

For the new location, basic location information, contact information, description and notes for clients are entered on the mobile phone.

Viewing and managing outgoing e-Invoices (mobile)

When should I open Subscription?

Open Subscription to check the current subscription and next charge, change the plan, review payment history, buy an SMS package or manage automatic SMS package renewal.

Opening Subscription

In the left navigation, open Company.
Open Subscription.

Mobile

On the bottom bar, open Main menu.
Open Subscription.

Subscription overview

On the Subscription tab, you can check the current plan and status, the next charge date, subscription items and the total amount.

To change the plan, select Change Plan, review the available options and confirm your selection. Before confirmation, Zoyya shows a summary of the change and the amount that applies.

To cancel your subscription, follow How to cancel your Zoyya subscription. You can continue using the app until the end of your already-paid period.

|| Before activating or paying for a Zoyya subscription, have the payment card ready together with a phone that has mobile banking, an m-token or another confirmation method used by your bank. During card payment, the bank may request an additional security confirmation, for example through a push notification in the mobile banking app. If the confirmation is not completed, the payment may be declined even when the card details were entered correctly.

How to connect an Outlook calendar to Zoyya (desktop)

This article explains how to connect an Outlook calendar to an employee in Zoyya using the Zoyya partner web app on desktop. Events from Outlook are imported into Zoyya and block the selected employee’s time.

Before you start

To connect the calendar, you need an ICS subscription link to a published Outlook calendar. This is not a one-time downloaded .ics file or an HTML link for viewing the calendar in a browser. If you use a work or school Microsoft 365 account, your administrator may restrict calendar publishing.

The employee must already be saved in Zoyya, and you need permission to edit employees and resources to access the Calendar sync tab. The feature must be enabled for your branch.

|| Important: Anyone who has the published ICS link can access it within the permissions you set. Choose the lowest level of detail you need, and do not publish the link, send it to other people, or include it in screenshots.

Do the following on your mobile phone:

The first way is through the Zoyya business application.

Open the Main menu.
Under Sales and loyalty, expand Gift cards and packages, then tap Templates.
In the list of templates, select the gift card for which you want to get a link.
In the template details, make sure "Online sales" is enabled.

In addition to that option, a gift card link is displayed, and immediately to the right is the "Copy" icon.
Use the "Copy" icon to save the link to the clipboard and then paste it in a message, post or on your website.
The second way is from the browser, through the "Zoyya.com" page, in the same way as the client sees your location.
