# How to edit shortcuts on the Main menu (mobile)

Shortcuts give faster access to screens you use most often. Adding, removing or reordering a shortcut does not change available features or user permissions.

## Work steps

1. On the bottom bar, tap **Main menu**.
2. Under the search field, find **Pinned**.
3. Tap **Edit**, or tap **Add shortcut** when no shortcut has been added yet.
4. Search for an item or expand its section, then tap **+** to add it.
5. Use the up and down arrows under **Pinned** to change the order.
6. Tap **-** to remove a shortcut.
7. Tap **Save**.

You can add up to ten shortcuts. Removing a shortcut removes only the shortcut; the feature remains in its regular place on the Main menu.
