# How to contact chat support (mobile)

In this article, you will find out how to contact chat support through the partner web Zoyya mobile application. You'll learn where to find the help option, how to send a query, and where you can later find your chat history.

## When to use this option?

Use chat support when:
* you have a question related to the use of Zoyya
* you need help setting up functionality
* you encounter a problem with the operation of the application
* you want to report a bug or suggest an improvement

## Work steps

Do the following on your mobile phone:

1. Open the **Main menu**.
2. Tap the **headphones icon** in the top-right corner. The **support chat** window will open.
3. Type your **question or problem description** and send the message.

You can also open chat by finding **Account and support** in the Main menu and selecting **Need help?**.

|| Important: Chat is the fastest way to contact Zoyya Support. The conversation history remains saved and is automatically sent to your e-mail address, so you can return to it later.
