# How to change a forgotten password

In this article, you will learn how to set a new password if you have forgotten the existing one.
The new password is set via a link that you will receive on your e-mail address.

## When to use this option?

Use this option when:

* you forgot your password
* you can't login to Zoyya
* want to access your account again


## Operation steps

1. Open the Zoyya login screen.
2. Click **I don't remember my password**.

3. Enter your **email address**.
4. Click **Send**.
5. Open the message you received by e-mail.
6. Click the link to change your password.
7. Enter a new password.
8. Click **Set a new password and log in**.

After that, Zoyya will automatically log you into the app.

|| Important: If the message has not arrived within a few minutes, please check the **Spam** or **Promotions** folder.

## Frequently asked questions

#### I did not receive a password change email.

Check:
* have you entered the correct e-mail address?
* folder **Spam**
* **Promotions** folder (if you use Gmail)
If the message still hasn't arrived, contact Zoyya Support.

#### Can I change my password if I'm not logged in?
Yes. Changing the password does not require logging into the application.

#### Will I be logged in automatically after changing my password?
Yes. After you set a new password and click **Set a new password and log in**, Zoyya will log you in automatically.
