# How to activate and download a price list (mobile)

This article explains how to activate a prepared price list and download an available price list file in the Zoyya partner web app on mobile.

## Activate a price list

1. Open **Business > Settings**.
2. Under **Price list**, tap **Price lists**.
3. Select a price list with the **Draft** status.
4. Review the date, price list type, and item prices.
5. Tap **Activate** and confirm the activation.
6. Check that the status is shown as **Active**.

If you cannot activate the price list, check its date and status. If the button is still unavailable, contact Zoyya Support. Activation cannot be undone by returning the price list to **Draft** status.

|| Important: Activating a price list document does not automatically change selling prices in the catalogue, bookings, or cash register. To change the price you charge, edit the price of the service, product, or service package template itself.

## Download a price list

If the price list is already **Active**, you do not need to activate it again. Just open it and tap **Download**.

1. Open the price list you want.
2. Tap **Download**.
3. Choose an available content type and format, such as **Services (CSV)** or **Products (XML)**. Some documents only offer **JSON**.
4. Open or save the downloaded file on your device.
5. Check the document date before sharing it.

The options in the **Download** menu depend on the document type and the items it contains. If an option is not shown, that format is not available for the open document.

To show anchor prices publicly and display download links on the branch profile, **Show anchor prices** and **Show prices** must be enabled.
